Calling all Trojan Laxers! I need your stats for the month of June! I have yet to hear from many of you... :-( Please email me or comment on the blog ASAP! Just be honest :-)
For July, I want you to continue your work-out for June just step it up a little bit. If you were only running for 30 minutes, move up to 45 minutes. Increase the number of sprints your running, weights your lifting, or laps your swimming.
And of course - don't forget your stick work! Throw on the wall, with a partner or practice shooting. Anything will work as long as you practice aiming at the same spot on a wall, or jersey on a tree branch or corner of a soccer goal.
