Saturday January 31st - NO PRACTICE

Don't forget girls...practice is cancelled for Saturday January 31st! I think that we've started this season off right with two great weeks of practice. Now, rest up - do some wall ball and we'll get back at it on Tuesday. Thats right, Tuesday. We will no longer have Monday night practices because we couldn't get the field. Instead, we have Friday night practices. Don't worry, its only from 6-8pm and the season is only two more months. You won't die.

Tuesday Feb. 3 : 6-8 pm
Wednesday Feb. 4 : 6-8 pm
Thurday Feb. 5 : 6-8 pm
Friday Feb. 6 : 6-8 pm
Saturday Feb. 7 : Pre-Season Lacrosse Classic or Jamboree at St. Andrew's in Boca. We will have games some time between 9 am - 1 pm. More specific game times will be announced soon! Keep checking back :-)

1/26 Monday : 5-7 pm
1/27 Tuesday : 6-8 pm
1/28 Wednesday : 6-8 pm
1/29 Thursday : 6-8 pm
1/30 Friday : OFF
1/31 Saturday : 1-3 pm

Don't forget...
-your stick
-mouthgaurd
-goggles
-no jewelry
-be 10 minutes early
-wear comfortable running shoes or cleats
-and of course - A Good Attitude :-)
